Thank you for using our services. Please read all of the following terms carefully. By checking "I have read and agree" and continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to be bound by all terms of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy; if you disagree with any term, please exit immediately and stop using this platform.

Service audience: This platform serves mainland China residents, residents of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China, and foreign/overseas persons, providing consumption benefits in mainland cities, online coupon purchase, offline redemption, points benefits and related services.

Part One User Agreement

1. Platform Service Description

1.1 The Let's K100 platform is operated by White Whale Intelligent Linkage (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., serving mainland China residents, residents of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China, and foreign/overseas persons as a consumption service platform for local mainland merchants, providing merchant benefit display, online coupon purchase, offline redemption, NFC physical-card benefits, and consumption-points management. The platform offers two independent usage and consumption modes that users may choose voluntarily:
① Online-account mode (H5/mini-program): users may voluntarily bind the platform's H5 system or mini-program and register as a formal online user; they may purchase coupons from partner merchants within the platform, then consume at the partner's offline store and complete coupon redemption at the merchant.
② NFC physical-card benefits mode: users holding a dedicated Let's K100 NFC physical card may tap via device NFC to invoke the platform's H5 system and browse all merchant benefit information; when consuming at a partner store, the user pays the consumption amount directly to the merchant offline, and simply presents the Let's K100 physical card to enjoy the platform's exclusive partner benefits; the partner merchant redeems through the platform back office and accrues consumption points to the user's card account.

1.2 Platform merchants fall into two service modes: (1) online benefit display with offline physical-card redemption; (2) online coupon sales with offline coupon redemption.

1.3 To optimize product features and improve service experience, we have the right, according to operational needs and regulatory requirements, to update, adjust, optimize or progressively maintain and upgrade the platform's service content, functional modules, page display, benefit rules and points rules. Except for emergency system fault repair, for changes involving interruption of core services or material functional changes, we will give advance notice by publishing on the platform. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the stability and continuity of platform services, but assume no liability for temporary service interruptions or anomalies caused by circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control, such as network fluctuation, user device failure, carrier failure or force majeure.

1.4 All consumption content, benefit packages, coupon products, physical-card benefits and points rules on the platform are voluntary choices by the user; the platform will not force, induce or bundle consumption. A user's account registration, coupon purchase and card-based in-store consumption are all initiated by the user's own judgment and free will; the user confirms they have full civil capacity and voluntarily bears the results of personal consumption decisions.

1.5 If a user finds that platform display content, coupons on sale, or partner merchants involve false advertising, non-redeemable coupons, unrealizable benefits, improper charges, forced consumption or other violations, they may submit feedback via the platform's message function. The platform will investigate and handle it within 7 business days; if verified, it has the right to take measures against the relevant merchant or partner, such as delisting products, suspending or terminating cooperation.

2. Account Registration, Use and Cancellation

2.1 When registering an online account, the user shall provide true, accurate, complete and valid information as prompted on the registration page, and keep such information updated throughout the performance of the agreement. Users shall not register using another person's identity, nor register multiple accounts to engage in violations.

2.2 Users shall properly safeguard account credentials such as member account, card number, login password and verification code. Any operation or activity conducted using a user's account credentials is deemed the user's own act, for which the user bears corresponding responsibility.

2.3 If a user finds that an account or physical card has been stolen, lost, or is at security risk, they shall immediately notify the platform through the customer-service channel published on the platform, and the platform will promptly take necessary measures (including but not limited to freezing the account or suspending card-use privileges) to prevent the loss from expanding.

2.4 Users have the right to cancel their online account. Users may submit a cancellation request via the customer-service channel published on the platform; the platform will complete cancellation within 15 business days after identity verification and handle related data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Account cancellation does not affect rights and obligations already arising before cancellation, nor the handling of unfinished transactions.

3. Users, Physical Cards and Points Rules

3.1 NFC physical-card ownership and use rights: ownership of the Let's K100 physical card belongs to the platform operator. The platform grants card-use benefits exclusively to the user personally, for personal use only; it may not be lent, rented, sold, transferred or resold to unrelated persons or third parties. The platform has the right to take measures—such as suspending card-use privileges, freezing points, or terminating service eligibility—against users who improperly lend, resell or misuse card benefits.

3.2 Points accrual rules: when a user consumes at a partner merchant offline with a Let's K100 physical card, presents the card for identity verification and enjoys the platform's exclusive benefits, the merchant records the consumption through its dedicated redemption back office and accrues consumption points to the user's card account. Platform points rules, validity periods, redeemable benefits and usage conditions are published uniformly by the platform; the platform has the right to reasonably adjust the points system per operational needs, publishing such rule adjustments on the platform in advance.

3.3 Points usage limits: platform points may only be redeemed for platform-designated benefits and offers according to the published rules; points have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, converted to cash, or transferred; points unused beyond their validity expire automatically.

3.4 Lost or damaged card handling: if a physical card is lost, damaged or becomes invalid, the user may contact platform customer service to report the loss and apply for a replacement. To verify card ownership and safeguard user benefits, the platform recommends that users promptly bind their own phone number or WeChat account upon receiving the card; if a physical card is not bound to a phone number or WeChat account, the platform cannot verify the actual owner, and thus cannot process a loss report for the user, nor freeze or migrate the points under the card. Before a loss report takes effect, regardless of whether the card is bound, any result from use of the card by others—such as benefit consumption or points changes—shall be borne by the user.

3.5 When applying for a membership card and submitting a phone number, the user shall ensure the phone-number information provided is true, valid and complete.

3.6 After obtaining a membership card, the user shall properly safeguard account credentials such as member account, card number and login password; all operations and activities conducted using the account shall be the full responsibility of the account user.

4. User Code of Conduct

4.1 The user undertakes to use this platform, its H5 site, mini-programs and physical cards lawfully, compliantly and courteously, strictly abiding by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China; the user shall not use the platform or physical card to commit illegal or non-compliant acts, infringement, system-security damage, malicious order-flooding, malicious refunds, false complaints, benefit abuse, or points theft, and shall not interfere with, attack or crack the platform system or the physical-card recognition system.

4.2 All content a user leaves, feeds back or submits on the platform must be true and lawful and must not infringe the lawful rights of any third party; otherwise the user bears all legal liability.

5. Protection of Minors

5.1 This platform is primarily intended for adult users with full civil capacity. Minors (under 18 years of age) shall use the platform services only after reading and agreeing to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.

5.2 The platform will not proactively collect personal information of minors; if a guardian finds that a minor has used platform services or submitted personal information without consent, they may contact the platform via the customer-service channel stated in this agreement, and the platform will handle it lawfully and delete the relevant information (except where laws provide otherwise).

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Force-majeure disclaimer: where platform-service anomalies, data delays or service suspensions result from unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective causes such as natural disasters, epidemics, government policy adjustments, cross-border regulatory requirements, hacker attacks, network-line interruptions or system failures, the platform bears no liability for breach or compensation.

6.2 Personal losses caused by the user's own operational errors, wrong information entry, device failure, NFC reading anomalies, cross-border network-environment anomalies, or failure to review platform rules in a timely manner shall be borne by the user.

6.3 The platform conducts compliance review before listing merchant information, package content, coupon rules, instructions and points rules; however, the merchant's offline service experience, service quality and physical delivery are directly performed and provided by the merchant. The platform bears no direct liability and makes no warranty or guarantee as to a partner merchant's qualifications, commercial credit, service quality, or the quality or suitability of goods. The liability boundaries of the two service modes are clear:
(1) Online-coupon mode: the platform is responsible for the sale of coupons provided by listed merchants, order management and after-sales coordination; transactional issues such as coupons that cannot be redeemed normally or order anomalies shall be handled by the platform, which coordinates merchant performance. Merchants must fulfil their offline service obligations per their cooperation agreement with the platform.
(2) Physical-card offline-payment mode: the user settles the offline consumption amount directly with the merchant, and the platform only provides benefit matching and points bookkeeping for the merchant cooperation. Disputes between the user and merchant over offline goods or service quality shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and merchant; the platform may assist in coordination but bears no direct guarantee liability for the merchant's offline service quality or performance capability.

6.4 The usage rules, validity period, applicable stores and usage limits of coupons on sale, physical-card exclusive benefits and points are all subject to the rules published on the platform's order page, coupon face and H5 pages; the user has fully acknowledged all rules before use. Merchants may, according to their own operations, cooperate with the platform to adjust benefit content; the benefits ultimately enjoyed are subject to the platform's valid order, the physical-card recognition result and the store's on-site redemption rules.

6.5 For disputes over order redemption, refunds, benefits or points, the user may submit order proof and communication records to request the platform's assistance, and the platform will follow up and coordinate within 5 business days. Where a user suffers direct loss due to the platform's intent or gross negligence, the platform bears corresponding liability according to law; for disputes and losses not caused by platform fault, the platform bears no ultimate compensation liability.

6.6 The platform makes no warranty or guarantee as to any merchant's qualifications, credit, service quality, or the merchantability or fitness of the goods it provides.

7. Governing Law

7.1 The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and are not bound by the local laws of a user's overseas jurisdiction.

7.2 If a dispute arises between you and the platform over the content of this agreement or the platform's services, the parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if no consensus is reached, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction at the platform operator's location (Futian District, Shenzhen).

7.3 For matters not covered by this agreement, the platform may make supplementary explanations in accordance with the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China and platform operational rules.

7.4 The platform may amend this agreement according to laws, regulatory requirements and business iteration. For material changes affecting user rights and obligations (such as service mode, charging rules, liability allocation and important adjustments to the Privacy Policy), the platform will give advance notice by reasonable means such as platform publication, message push, SMS or email. If the user raises no objection within a reasonable period after notice and continues to use the platform's services, this is deemed acceptance of the amended agreement; if the user disagrees with the changes, they shall stop using the platform's services and complete cancellation or card-related procedures per this agreement.

7.5 Notices the platform sends to a user are deemed served when issued by any of: platform publication, in-site message, SMS, email, or the registered contact method; the service address for legal documents in dispute handling is the address the user reserved upon registration.

If you do not wish to provide personal information to join online membership, you may apply for a Let's K100 physical card via the platform's official website www.bj-k100.com, and enjoy partner-merchant benefits and points with the physical card without registering for online membership. Contact methods (overseas or domestic numbers, email, social accounts, addresses, etc.) voluntarily reserved when a user consults, gives feedback or files a complaint may be provided at the user's discretion and do not affect basic browsing services.

1.3 The platform does not proactively collect: sensitive personal information such as Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan resident identity documents, foreign passports or home addresses, unless the user proactively submits them for dispute verification or identity confirmation. The platform does not proactively collect core payment credentials such as bank-card passwords or payment passwords.

2. Information Sharing and Disclosure Rules

2.2 The platform may disclose and use user information only in the following lawful circumstances: ① where required by laws, judicial authorities or regulators; ② with technology-service providers and system-operations partners necessary to complete the service; ③ with the user's separate explicit consent; ④ a partner merchant may obtain only the card-verification and points-registration information corresponding to the current consumption, used solely for store benefit redemption and points bookkeeping, and for no other purpose.

3. Storage of Personal Information and Cross-Border Notice

3.1 The user acknowledges and voluntarily agrees that all user data of this platform is stored uniformly on compliant servers in mainland China; your user-identity information, access records, transaction orders, NFC card and points records will be stored, processed and used in mainland China. The platform has adopted compliant encryption and security-protection technical measures to comprehensively safeguard the personal-information security of overseas users.

3.2 After a user cancels their online account or stops using a physical card, the platform will desensitize, anonymize or clean the related data in accordance with national regulations and overseas privacy-compliance requirements.

4. User's Personal Rights

Users enjoy the lawful rights of inquiry, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and privacy complaint over their own personal information, and may independently query physical-card points records, consumption-redemption records and account-associated information; applications may be submitted via the customer-service channel published on the platform, and the platform will process and respond within a compliant timeframe.

5. Information-Security Safeguards

The platform adopts industry-standard technologies and management systems to safeguard user data security, covering account data, transaction data, NFC-card identifiers and points data, doing its utmost to prevent risks of data leakage, misuse and tampering.

6. Marketing Push Notice

If the platform sends you commercial marketing information such as offers or merchant events, it will obtain your consent in accordance with law. You have the right to refuse marketing pushes at any time.

7. Policy Updates

The platform may update this agreement and the Privacy Policy according to mainland laws, cross-border regulatory requirements and business iteration; material changes will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform, H5 site, mini-programs or physical card is deemed acceptance of the updated terms; if you disagree, you shall stop using them and complete the relevant procedures per the platform's rules.
